Delete your Mimshack Royal account

Customers can delete their account directly in the Mimshack Royal mobile app. Open the app, sign in, go to Profile, choose Edit Profile, then tap Delete Account. Confirming this action deletes the account from Mimshack Royal.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@mimshackroyal.com from the email address on your account and request account deletion. We may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

What is deleted

We delete your account profile, app login credentials, customer profile data, saved app-device tokens, and booking records associated with the deleted account where deletion is allowed by law and our operational obligations.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, payment reconciliation, dispute-resolution, safety, or regulatory purposes. These records are retained only for the period reasonably required for those purposes and are restricted from routine app use after account deletion.

Driver and operations accounts

Driver accounts are created and managed by Mimshack Royal operations. Drivers who need their account or location records reviewed or deleted should contact dispatch or email support@mimshackroyal.com.
